Write once, then let each network be itself
Quick Post is one message. Multi Post is the same campaign with a version for every tab.
Most “post everywhere” tools hide a trade. Either every network gets the identical caption, or you end up with twelve browser tabs and a spreadsheet of what you already said.
isocialpublishing keeps both moves and names them. Quick Post is the identical caption: one message, an optional link, an image or a video, and the networks you tick. Multi Post starts from one body, then opens a tab per network so LinkedIn can be a paragraph and Pinterest can be a pin.
Use Quick Post when the asset is the point
A launch photo, a video, a link to a piece you already wrote. You do not need a different argument on X than on Facebook. You need it to leave on time, with the accounts your plan includes.
Use Multi Post when the room changes
Reddit wants a title and a community. Google Business wants a local update. A WordPress site wants the post itself, not a teaser. Multi Post is where those differences live, without making you rebuild the campaign from a blank page.
The useful habit is to decide which composer you are in before you write the first line. The desk will not choose for you, and that is the point.
