Refunds
Memberships are sold by isocialpublishing in US dollars for a 30-day term. This page is the refund and cancellation policy for those fees.
Cancellation
You can cancel a membership from the desk. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the 30-day term you already paid for.
Refunds
A fee already paid for the current 30 days is not refunded, because the membership runs for that term. If a charge was a duplicate or a billing error, write through the contact form and isocialpublishing will correct it. Where Florida or federal law requires a refund, that law controls.
Card payments
Card charges are processed by Stripe. A refund, when one is due, is returned to the same payment method. The payment record stays in the account.
Networks
A post that a network refuses, delays, or fails is recorded in Posting Logs. That result does not refund the membership fee.
