Terms
These terms are a contract between you and isocialpublishing for the website and the publishing desk. By creating an account or paying for a membership, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. If you open an account for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company.
The membership
An account is a membership. The plan you choose sets the price in US dollars, the 30-day term, the networks, and how many accounts you may connect. A membership renews for another 30 days unless it is cancelled before the renewal. The refund page explains what happens to a fee already paid.
Your content
You keep ownership of the posts you write. You give isocialpublishing permission to store those posts and to send them to the networks you select, only so the desk can do what you asked. You are responsible for having the right to publish each post, image, and video.
The networks
Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and the other networks are separate services with their own rules. isocialpublishing does not control them. A failed attempt is written to Posting Logs. A failure at a network is not, by itself, a reason to refund the membership fee.
Acceptable use
The acceptable use page is part of these terms. The operator may suspend or close a membership that breaks that page or these terms.
The service
The desk is provided as it is. Scheduling depends on the site receiving traffic and on the networks accepting the post. isocialpublishing does not promise that every post will publish, or that the site will be available without interruption.
Liability
To the fullest extent Florida law allows, isocialpublishing is not liable for lost profits, lost content, or indirect damages, and its total liability for a claim is limited to the membership fees you paid in the 30 days before the claim. This limit does not apply where Florida law does not allow it.
Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida are the exclusive venue for a dispute about these terms or the service, and you consent to that venue.
Changes
isocialpublishing can change plans, prices, and these terms. The plan you already paid for runs until its expiration date. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current terms.
