isocialpublishing is the company that operates this website. This policy describes the personal information the site stores when you create an account, pay for a membership, connect a network, or write to us. It applies to the public site and to the publishing desk.
The company is based in Florida, United States. Questions about this policy go through the contact form.
Information you give us
- Account details: first name, last name, email address, and a password stored as a hash.
- Membership and billing records: the plan, the price, the term, coupons, and the payment history. Card numbers are handled by Stripe when card payment is turned on. The site keeps the payment record. It does not keep a full card number.
- Posts you save: captions, links, images, video, and the time you set.
- Network connections: the tokens a network returns, stored with your settings so the desk can publish for you.
- Contact notes: the name, email, company, and message from the contact form, written to a log on this server.
Information collected while you use the site
A session cookie keeps you signed in. If you choose remember-me on the login form, a second cookie stores that login on the device. Use remember-me only on a machine you trust.
A page-view script from fickanalytics.phluit.net records that a page was opened. That script does not set its own cookie. It is there so the operator can see which pages are used.
If a caption service is connected in settings, the article link you submit for a caption is sent to that service so it can draft the text. You edit the draft before anything is published.
How the information is used
- To run the account, the membership, and the posts you schedule.
- To publish to the networks you connect, and to write the result to the posting log.
- To reply to a contact note.
- To see which public pages are opened.
- To meet a legal duty, including notice of a security breach when Florida law requires it.
Who else receives it
Stripe receives payment details when you pay by card. Each network you connect receives the post you choose to send there, under that network’s own rules. The caption service, when it is connected, receives the link you asked it to read. The page-view host receives the fact that a page was opened. We do not sell personal information.
How long it is kept
Account, membership, and post records stay while the account is open and as long as needed for the payment record. Contact notes stay in the server log until the operator deletes them. You can disconnect a network in Settings, which is how that connection is removed from the desk.
Your choices
You can update your account details, disconnect a network, and cancel a membership from the desk. To ask for a copy of the account information we hold, or for deletion when we are not required to keep a payment record, use the contact form. We will respond to that request.
