How it works

Five steps. Then the post is out, or it is waiting.

Create the account, connect the networks on the plan, write the post, send it now or give it a time, then read the log. That is the whole desk.

A wooden desk with a laptop, a notebook, coffee, and a phone.

Step one

The account

Sign up and pick Free, Starter, Studio, or Agency. Free is Facebook and Instagram. The paid plans are 30 days, in US dollars.

Step three

The writing

Quick Post is one message for every network you tick. Multi Post is one campaign, then a different line where a network needs it.

Step five

The receipt

Posting Logs record each attempt. Report charts the week on Studio and Agency. A refused post stays visible.

The middle of the path.

Connect, write, then leave a time. The photographs are a desk and a planner. They are not staff and not customers.

Settings first. A network you did not connect cannot receive the post.

Connect

Only the networks on the plan, and only accounts you may use.

Settings opens the networks the membership includes. Free is Facebook and Instagram, one account each. Starter adds X and LinkedIn. Studio and Agency open all twelve, at three or ten accounts each.

You authorize the account there. The token that comes back is what the desk uses to publish. Disconnecting a network removes it from the desk. A post the network already accepted stays on that network.

No time means send now. A time means it waits.

Send

Publish now, or put a time on the post.

Quick Post uses one time for every network you ticked. Multi Post can use that same time, or a different hour on each tab. The timezone in Settings is the clock those times use.

Until the time arrives, the post stays scheduled. It is not marked published early. When the scheduler runs and the network accepts it, the result is written to the log.

How a time behaves

The five steps, in order.

The caption draft sits beside the writing. It is not a required step, and it does not run unless you ask.

1. Create the account

Name, email, and a password. Pick Free, Starter, Studio, or Agency. Paid plans charge in US dollars for 30 days. Auto-renew is off unless you turn it on.

2. Connect the networks

Open Settings and authorize only accounts you are allowed to publish to. The cap is per network. You cannot attach an eleventh account on Agency, or a second one on Starter.

3. Write the post

Quick Post when the words can match. Multi Post when LinkedIn, a pin, Reddit, or Google Business Profile needs its own sentence. Images and video are files you upload.

A caption, if you ask

On Quick Post, Studio and Agency can draft from an article link and a length. Turn caption sharing on first. Edit the draft. It does not publish itself.

4. Publish or schedule

Leave the time empty to publish. Set a time to wait. One network can leave later than the others on a multi post.

5. Read what happened

Posting Logs are the rows: network, kind of post, result, time. Report is the chart of that week on Studio and Agency. One success does not finish the other networks.

What does not happen along the way.

The path is short because several things you might expect are not in it.

No client approval

There is no second login and no review link. The member who holds the plan is the person who posts.

No design step

The desk does not lay out the image, burn in a caption, or build a thumbnail. Bring the file.

No exact minute

A scheduled post leaves when the scheduler runs and the network accepts it. A refusal is a log line, not a refund.

No yearly checkout

Paid plans are 30 days. Free does not expire and does not bill. There is no annual price.

The steps stay the same. The plan changes the list.

You can walk all five steps on Free. Studio is the plan where the walk includes all twelve networks, a caption draft, and the report chart.

Free

Facebook and Instagram, one account each.

$0

Starter

Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn. One account each.

$29 / 30 days

Agency

All twelve networks. Ten accounts on each.

$149 / 30 days
