The site, its design, and its text belong to isocialpublishing except for posts and files that members upload. Network names and logos belong to their owners and are used here to name the services the desk can publish to.
Your posts
You confirm that you have the rights you need for every caption, image, video, and link you ask the desk to send. The terms explain the limited permission you give isocialpublishing to store and publish that material.
A copyright notice
If you believe something on this site infringes a copyright you own, send a notice through the contact form. Include your name and email, a description of the work, the page or post where it appears, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or the owner’s agent. isocialpublishing will review a complete notice and remove or disable material that infringes.
This notice process is how copyright complaints reach the company. It is not a claim that a designated agent has been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.
